Admission Procedure

Students are advised to apply for admission personally in printed form priced at Rs. 100/- each, available after the publication of the results of the WE. Council/ISC/CBSE or equivalent examination. Selected applicants are required to secure their admission on full payment of the requisite fees. One of the parents or in his/her absence the local gurdian of the applicant must be present at the time of admission. Migrants from other University or Boards shall have to see the Principal personally before filling in the college admission forms.

Documents Required for Admission

A. Each selected candidate must produce the following documents at the time of admission :
1) The original mark-sheet of the last qualifying examination along with two attested photo copies of the same. (Attestation is to be done by the Headmaster/Headmistress of the School.)
2) The original Admit Card of Madhyamik /Equivalent examination along with two aattested photo copies of the same. (Attestation is to be done by the Headmaster/Headmistress of the School.)
3) Two copies of recent passport-size coloured photograph.
4) The scheduled caste/ Tribe/ OBC certificate in original along with two attested photo copies of the same (only for SC/ST/OBC candidates). (Attestation is to be done by the Headmaster/Headmistress of the School.)

B. Admission on Transfer from other colleges :
Students seeking admission to this college on transfer from other colleges should note the following points : 1) An application to the Principal on a plain paper stating the reason for seeking transfer to this college is to be submitted with attested photo copies of mark-sheets, certificates of the last qualifying examination.
2) Communication will be sent to the student in due course after getting clearence for admission on transfer.
3) The student must produce the transfer certificate in original at the time of admission.
4) The student must present himself/herself along with his/her parents/guardian at the time of admission.
